Unfortunately, the uphill walk from Shinagawa Station was exhausting with heavy luggage. Additionally, the mattress was too firm for my liking, making it difficult to get comfortable.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it super convenient. The staff was incredibly accommodating, arranging our rooms next to each other, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel added to our overall enjoyment.

I could easily access a 7-Eleven across the street, which was convenient. The breakfast wasn’t up to par—it offered a limited selection that got boring quickly. The room had basic amenities, but storage was minimal. However, I enjoyed the overall pleasantness of the hotel despite these hiccups.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the 5-minute walk to Shinagawa station made exploring the area effortless and convenient, while the availability of luggage storage and a flat-screen TV enriched our experience.

It is a well-maintained hotel with newly renovated rooms and good amenities, and a free coffee facility open on Level 2.

The location is quite convenient, around an 8-minute walk from the main train station, making travel easy. Enjoyed the clean facilities and the free lounge with coffee was a nice touch, providing a space to relax. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and did not match expectations, and the thin walls led to disruptive noise from neighboring rooms, impacting the overall comfort during the stay.

The place is super clean, has a couple of washing machines, and the staff are just awesome, always ready to help out! Breakfast is simple but really filling with some good options.

The rooms were cozy and offered a very comfortable stay for my family and our pet dog. The location was great, just a short walk to the station, which made exploring Tokyo easy. We especially enjoyed the friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the bath could use a little more cleaning.
